About Me
Hi, I'm Nathalie
I'm a qualified naturopath based on the Central Coast of New South Wales. I became a naturopath because I wanted to help people in a way that felt honest and thorough - taking the time to actually understand what's going on, not just treating the surface.
I use herbal medicine, nutritional support, and practical lifestyle strategies to help my clients feel well again. My approach is grounded in science and guided by tradition - but mostly, it's guided by listening to the person sitting in front of me.
How I Got Here
The short version of a long story.
Graduated from Southern Cross University
I completed my Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy. Four years of study that gave me a solid foundation — but I was itching to get into clinic and start working with real people.
Started working in clinic
I joined an integrative health clinic and quickly found my focus in digestive health and hormonal balance. These became my bread and butter — and they still are.
Advanced herbal medicine training
I went deeper into Western herbal medicine. Herbs are my favourite tool — there's something grounding about working with plants that have been used for thousands of years.
Started Natessence
I set up my own practice so I could do things my way — longer appointments, flexible options, and a space where people feel genuinely comfortable.

What Matters to Me
I care about being honest. If I don't think naturopathy is the right fit for what you're dealing with, I'll tell you. If I think you need to see your GP first, I'll say so. I'd rather lose a client than give bad advice.
I also care about seeing the whole picture. You're not a collection of symptoms - you're a person with a life, a routine, stresses, joys, and a history. All of that matters when it comes to your health, and I take the time to understand it.
Everything I recommend is grounded in evidence. I love traditional herbal medicine, but I also read the research. I want to give you the best of both worlds - time-tested wisdom backed by modern science.
And above all, I want you to feel safe here. Whether we're meeting in my clinic, at your home, or over a video call, my goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported.
Let's Talk
If something I've said resonates, or you're just curious about whether naturopathy might help, I'd love to hear from you. No pressure, no hard sell - just a conversation.
