About Me
Hi, I'm Nathalie
I'm a qualified naturopath based on the Central Coast of New South Wales. I became a naturopath because I wanted to help people in a way that felt honest and thorough - taking the time to actually understand what's going on, not just treating the surface.
I use herbal medicine, nutritional support, and practical lifestyle strategies to help my clients feel well again. My approach is grounded in science and guided by tradition - but mostly, it's guided by listening to the person sitting in front of me.

How I Got Here
The short version of a long story.
Started as a therapeutic massage practitioner
I opened my own practice in Agen, France, working with palliative care clients, athletes, and corporate teams. Thirteen years of hands-on work that taught me how much the body can tell you when you really listen.
First steps into naturopathy
I trained in Nice across iridology, naturopathic dietetics, biotherapies, auriculotherapy and vital hygiene. This is where I fell in love with the bigger picture - supporting the whole person, not just the symptom.
Teaching massage in Paris
I taught lymphatic drainage, AMMA, Tui Na, hot stone and relaxation massage at the École Européenne de Bien-Être. Teaching deepened my own understanding and gave me a real appreciation for how the body works as a whole.
Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy)
I graduated from Torrens University Australia after completing 460 hours of supervised clinical placement at The Practice Wellbeing Centre in Sydney - taking client histories, building care plans, and learning to put it all together in real consultations.
Started Natessence
I set up my own practice on the Central Coast so I could do things my way - longer appointments, herbal medicine, nutritional support, and the time to actually understand what's going on for each person.
My Qualifications
I take professional development seriously. Here's the formal stuff, in case that's what you're looking for - my naturopathy degree, supervised clinical hours, and the years of bodywork training that came before it.

What Matters to Me
I care about being honest. If I don't think naturopathy is the right fit for what you're dealing with, I'll tell you. If I think you need to see your GP first, I'll say so. I'd rather lose a client than give bad advice.
I also care about seeing the whole picture. You're not a collection of symptoms - you're a person with a life, a routine, stresses, joys, and a history. All of that matters when it comes to your health, and I take the time to understand it.
Everything I recommend is grounded in evidence. I love traditional herbal medicine, but I also read the research. I want to give you the best of both worlds - time-tested wisdom backed by modern science.
And above all, I want you to feel safe here. Whether we're meeting in my clinic, at your home, or over a video call, my goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported.
Let's Talk
If something I've said resonates, or you're just curious about whether naturopathy might help, I'd love to hear from you.
